There was a chill in the air on March 24th, but plenty of excitement kept everyone at Gridley Triangle Park warm for the Sprint Egg Hunt. The Bunny was the official starter for the event and scores of little Lomonders dashed to gather up some of the 2000 eggs scattered across the park. The Shaker Fire Department made an appearance, the Bunny sat for portraits with smiling kids, and everyone enjoyed cocoa from Juma and other goodies.
Hats off to Leah Nowak, Allison Barnard and Melissa Kalan — Lomond and Sussex neighbors who put this all together. The Lomond Association is proud to support this annual event with funds provided by your membership dues.
